Required Core Rotational Learning Experiences
These rotations are designed to be the core foundational learning experiences for the year. Rotations start with solidifying foundational skills and transition throughout the year to more advanced skills. The rotations range from 4-6 weeks in duration.

Elective Rotational Experiences
There is a total of 16 weeks of elective time (typically four rotations that are 4 weeks each). Residents are required to complete at least one ambulatory-based elective rotation for the year. Electives rotations can be developed based on resident interest. Currently developed options include:
- Primary care (ambulatory-based option)
- Transitions of Care
- Behavioral Health
- Oncology (ambulatory-based option)
- Clinical pharmacy service development
- Rheumatology (ambulatory-based option)
- Administration (Condensed)
- Women and Children's
- Advanced Core Rotation:
- Antimicrobial stewardship
- Critical Care
- Emergency medicine
Longitudinal Learning Experiences
These rotations are required for each resident. They are designed to provide additional learning opportunities and projects throughout the entire year.
- Practice administration and formulary management
- P&T Committee
- Medication Safety
- Pharmacy service (staffing every third weekend with Monday off following staffing weekend)
- Resident research project

- Precepting APPE Pharmacy Students
