St. Peter’s Health is dedicated to preserving and enhancing, when possible, the quality of life for its patients and families. The dignity and respect of patients and their loved ones are of vital concern. With that in mind, we offer several services, including hospice, to provide care, resources and holistic support for end of life care.
St. Peter’s Health Hospice
St. Peter’s Hospice services are available to Helena residents and people in surrounding communities. St. Peter's Health Hospice is Helena’s only nonprofit hospice program, and our goal is to ensure anyone who needs this service has access to it. Our multidisciplinary care team to provide compassionate, quality care centered on dignity and respect.
Chaplain
Our Medical Center chaplain, Kimberly Pepper, is available to assist patients and their families. The chapel, located in the Regional Medical Center, is always open for quiet reflection.
No One Dies Alone
No One Dies Alone (NODA) is a volunteer program to assist patients and their families during an end-of-life situation. A team of trained volunteers is on call at St. Peter’s Health 24 hour a day, seven days a week to sit with hospitalized patients in need.
Advance Directives
Advance Care Planning involves having conversations about your health care with your loved ones so you can complete an Advanced Directive. An Advanced Directive is a medical document that indicates your preferences for care in the event you are unable to communicate your wishes.
