The St. Peter's Health Nephrology Clinic provides highly specialized treatments for patients suffering from kidney disease and disorders including high blood pressure, chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease.
St. Peter’s Approach to Nephrology
The multidisciplinary care team, including nephrologist Dr. Robert LaClair, nurses, clinic dietitians and primary care providers, is focused on providing personalized and compassionate patient care that allows you to manage and treat your condition in a way that fits your life.
The Nephrology Clinic also works closely with the Dialysis Unit to help patients manage their treatments, as well as can provide guidance and preparation for kidney transplants, including transplant referrals. They also offer 24 or 48 hour blood pressure monitoring and analysis services.
