The St. Peter's Health Interventional Radiology department works within the Diagnostic Imaging Center to perform minimally-invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, including advanced cancer treatment through microwave ablation and transarterial embolization.

Our team of board-certified interventional radiologists is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and offers a broad range of services. The highly-trained and well-coordinated team is focused on providing high-quality care to meet your needs and desires.
Many procedures are offered on an outpatient basis and can be scheduled within several days.
When appropriate, our team will consult directly with you to ensure the best study or procedure is performed.

The Interventional Radiology care team at St. Peter’s Health offers a wide variety of procedures, including:

- Epidural steroid injections for spine and nerve root pain
- Venous access including medication infusion ports
