Wellness Incentive
Lewis and Clark County, RMDC, MACo and PureView offer employees the opportunity to participate in a Health and Wellness Screening in order to reduce their monthly health insurance premiums. The basic screening is free and will include blood cholesterol levels, comprehensive metabolic panel, glucose level, height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure.
Receive a reduction toward your monthly premium, PPO deductible and max out of pocket for participating in a wellness screening and meeting healthy criteria in February and March 2025. Participants have the option to improve their values and recheck by May 30, 2025 to earn credit.
Wellness screenings are also offered for half credit in September and October 2025. You are eligible for half credit screenings if you are hired after March 30, 2025 or don't meet all 5 criteria at the spring screening. Participants have the option to improve their values and recheck by October 31, 2025 to earn credit for the second half of the benefit year.
Please fast for 10-12 hours before your appointment, drink lots of water, and take any regular medications with water.

Step 3: Follow these step by step MyChart Scheduling Instructions to sign up for a wellness screening based off your preferred location.
Complete the Health Questions and the 2025 Wellness Screening before March 30, 2025 to receive your incentive.
Optional Additional Tests- Payment for the tests listed below can be processed onsite via cash, check, credit/debit and health savings account cards.
- $20 TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
- $20 CBC (Complete Blood Count)
- $25 Vitamin D
- $20 PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) Free for men over 50-request it be added on at your screening.
- $25 A1C (Long-term average glucose)
- $15 Blood Type
