St. Peter’s Health Wellness Services Hosts FREE “Sugar Challenge” Starting January 9

Cutting out added sugar from your diet offers numerous benefits, including increased energy, reduced brain fog, improved sleep and improved blood sugar levels. Start the New Year off right by joining St. Peter’s Health Wellness Services for its Sugar challenge starting January 9 through February 9.  The first 21 days of this challenge encourages you to remove all forms of added sugar from your diet (which does not include naturally occurring sugars), after which you will slowly integrate the recommended daily amount of natural sugars back in over the duration of the final nine days. Come to the free kickoff event Thursday, January 9 at 5:30 PM at the new Helena Food Share (1280 Boulder Ave.) for food samples, recipes, community and learning.
