Tyler Harwood, DO earned his medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz., and his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz. He completed his internal medicine residency at Creighton University in Phoenix, Ariz.
