QPR is a simple educational program for suicide prevention that teaches community members how to recognize a mental health emergency and how to get a person at risk the help he or she needs. It is also an action plan that can result in saved lives.

Tuesday, September 22: Mental Health First Aid for Youth
It’s pretty common for adults to have difficulty telling the difference between what is normal adolescence and a mental health challenge. Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to decode adolescence and how to provide initial help to a young person they’re worried about.
